Felix has over twenty years of experience with Stelmark, including a decade of project management. Felix is a highly knowledgeable, efficient and motivated production leader. As the head of operations, he is directly involved in the planning and execution of projects both large and small. He has consistently maintained an on time on budget success rate without compromising product quality.

[Controller] Shamala has directed the daily administrative and accounting functions of Stelmark since 1999. Her responsibilities include the analysis of operational results, preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts as well as oversight of the invoicing, shipping and purchasing departments. Shamala is a CGA and holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree from BCIT

[President] Ghislaine has been with Stelmark for 30 years and is the majority shareholder. She is an accomplished designer with an unusual combination of artistic and technological knowledge. She has over a quarter of a century of experience in product development. From concept to design, through research and development to the final manufacturing process her involvement and leadership have been instrumental in the achievement of outstanding products for our clients and has advanced the reputation of Stelmark as a pre-eminent manufacturer.

Brian joined the sales and marketing team of Stelmark in 1987. During this period he has been responsible for several major account acquisitions and has nurtured strategic alliances with some of North America's leading design firms. With over 20 years of experience in the successful implementation of strategic solutions, he brings strong and principled insights to client relations consistently delivering on Stelmark's mandate to meet or exceed client expectations. Brian holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and M.B.A. degree from the University of British Columbia.

[Vice President, CFO]   Rick has been the chief financial officer of Stelmark since 1988. Since then, Rick's expertise and integrity have been instrumental in the positive growth achieved by our company. He is responsible for all of our financial, human resource and legal matters. His understanding of our clients' financial requirements and his ability to arrange win-win solutions have allowed Stelmark to earn major contracts with some of the world's largest corporations.
